Let me see your screen and sort the problem while we talk on the phone. No fiddly setup — just download, open, and read me two codes.

How it works
-
Give me a call first
Only run this while we're on the phone together. That way you always know it's me connecting.
-
Download and open it
Click the button above, then open the file from your Downloads. If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" box, click More info then Run anyway.
-
Read me your ID and password
The window shows a 9-digit ID and a one-time password. Read both out to me.
-
Click Accept
When I connect, a box pops up asking if you want to let me in. Click Accept and you'll see me moving the mouse.
-
Close it when we're done
Just close the window. The password changes every time, so I can't get back in unless you open it and give me the new one.
Good to know
- You stay in control the whole time — you can watch everything I do and close the window to end the session instantly.
- The connection runs through my own server, not a third-party company.
- It's built on RustDesk, a well-known open-source remote desktop tool.
- This download is for Windows PCs only. Using something else? Get in touch.
